Enforcium is a Business Operating System

After a week, it became clear: the system remembers better than I do. Before, everything was in my head. Now everything is structured, and I see what matters without constant control.

Before, we started the day with a dozen reports and still could not see the full picture. Now we open the dashboard: plan versus actual for the day, delays, owner – everything in one place. If a metric drops, we immediately understand where the problem is and what needs to be done.

I was sure that we just needed to “do more” and somehow it would work. When we implemented OKRs, we finally had a clear system of goals and understood exactly what we were working toward and how to move toward those goals faster.

We had more than 100 metrics, but they were separate from management. We could see conversions, costs, and revenue, but we did not understand what exactly was pulling profit down. Honestly, at first Enforcium seemed complicated, and I was not sure I needed it at all.
But I sat down to figure it out, and in about two hours I mapped out my business.

Here is how it used to work for us: the installation crew would arrive on site, and only then it would turn out that something was missing or had not been approved. Then the calls and clarifications started, with everyone trying to understand who was responsible. Once we broke down roles and responsibilities, those situations almost disappeared. It became clear where the problem was and who should solve it. Now there is much less manual management.

The format of our meetings changed completely. We stopped discussing activity and started looking at outcomes. The team no longer needs extra meetings, and I no longer have to repeat the same things.

For the first time, we saw the full picture of our key metrics in one place. Decisions became faster and better grounded for the whole team.

I always felt that if I stepped away from the business for even a week, everything would simply fall apart. Many decisions and processes depended on me. But once I described the processes, roles, and working rules, managing the business became much calmer. Now I no longer have to explain the same things every time; everything runs by clear rules.
